We are pleased to announce that five candidates have been selected to represent Quebec in the international final of the “My Northern Project” competition. This final event will take place in Iceland during the Arctic Circle Assembly in October 2024.
On May 7, 2024, as part of Institut nordique du Québec's annual Symposium, the provincial finals of the “Mon projet nordique / My Northern Project” science popularisation contest were held. Fourteen talented students were selected to take part in the final.
At INQ's Annual Symposium, Christian Busch, President and CEO of Air Inuit, offered two pairs of tickets for flights on Air Inuit. The lucky winners were drawn from among the students participating in the science popularisation contest.

Institut nordique du Québec is pleased to announce its call for sessions and oral presentations for the next edition of INQ's Annual Symposium. The event will be held at the Musée de la civilisation in Quebec City on May 7 and 8, 2024, with the theme of Northern infrastructures.
This month, science journalist Valérie Levée focuses on the work of researcher Émilie Fortin-Lefebvre, professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal, director of the Centre d'études pour l'autonomie économique des Premiers Peuples et des Inuit and newly appointed co-director of INQ's Society and Culture Axis.
