This interactive session will provide Early Career Researchers (ECRs) with an overview of the peer review principles and practices, from receiving a peer review invitation to writing a review. Whether you are reviewing a paper for the first time or have just received reviews on your own paper, we will walk you through the entire process and give tips for handling a variety of different situations. This workshop will include breakout rooms for a chance to participate in hands-on exercises and receive real-time feedback. We will also touch on Open Science, equity and inclusion in publishing, and other topics of interest for ECRs. The workshop will include a Q&A with Dr. Lisa Loseto, co-Editor-in-Chief at Arctic Science. The webinar will be offered in English, thus fluency in English is required.
