Fourth Annual Meeting of the University of the Arctic

Institut nordique du Québec and Université Laval hosted the fourth annual meeting of the University of the Arctic (UArctic).

This international gathering brought together nearly 150 participants from a dozen countries. Discussions on the sustainable development of circumpolar regions enabled the INQ and Université Laval to reinforce their position as key players in the field on the international scene.
