We are pleased to announce that five candidates have been selected to represent Quebec in the international final of the “My Northern Project” competition. This final event will take place in Iceland during the Arctic Circle Assembly in October 2024.
On May 7, 2024, as part of Institut nordique du Québec's annual Symposium, the provincial finals of the “Mon projet nordique / My Northern Project” science popularisation contest were held. Fourteen talented students were selected to take part in the final.
At INQ's Annual Symposium, Christian Busch, President and CEO of Air Inuit, offered two pairs of tickets for flights on Air Inuit. The lucky winners were drawn from among the students participating in the science popularisation contest.
Institut nordique du Québec (INQ) held the provincial final of the My Northern Project science popularization contest on May 10. This contest highlights the next generation of researchers from INQ affiliated institutions working in northern Quebec and the Arctic. Congratulations to the six winners! This group will take part in the international final of the competition which takes place every year during the Arctic Circle Assembly.
