Centre for Studies on the Economic Autonomy of Indigenous Peoples
The Centre for Studies on the Economic Autonomy of Indigenous Peoples is a research and knowledge-building initiative dedicated to analyzing, supporting, and promoting the autonomous and sustainable economic development of Indigenous peoples. Drawing on interdisciplinary and partnership-based approaches, the Centre conducts work on Indigenous entrepreneurship, economic governance, social innovation, and the valorization of local knowledge and resources. It fosters the co-creation of knowledge with Indigenous communities to support economic strategies that respect cultures, rights, and aspirations, thereby contributing to self-determination and collective well-being.
