Since 2017, Institut nordique du Québec has been celebrating the excellence and boldness of the next generation of scientists with the science communication contest Mon Projet nordique / My Northern Project. This year, a new cohort of 17 candidates is mobilizing to share their research with the public during the provincial final, which will be held on May 22, 2026, at the Université Laval campus in Quebec City.
These finalists, selected from our member universities, are vying for one of the four spots available for the international final in Iceland. This trip will take them to the Arctic Circle Assembly, a major venue for dialogue and cooperation on the future of the North. This final stage is co-organized by INQ and its long-standing partner, UArctic.
