This non-exhaustive range of services is intended for the broader INQ community. It is continuously evolving to adapt to the needs of the northern and Arctic research environment, as well as to new opportunities as they arise.
Logistical, Technical and Analytical Services
- Access to infrastructures: availability of spaces and services linked to the INQ scientific complex and its territorial components.
- Infrastructure-related services, including those from the future INQ scientific complex, are forthcoming.
Training and Skills Development
- Specialized training: priority access to INQ’s training activities.
- Public MOOC: introduction to the sociopolitical issues of Northern Québec, its cultures, development visions, and territorial evolution.
- Student support: scholarships, competitions, training, and various opportunities.
- Specialized resources: guides, platforms, and tools developed with stakeholders (e.g., ethics guide, AtikU, Lab-O-Nord).
Funding and Innovation
- Financial support: occasional access to research and student funding programs.
- Calls for innovative projects: evolving initiatives designed as “laboratories” to enable research in new ways, in response to community needs.
- Organizational support: assistance to facilitate participation in committees and working groups, including coordination, meeting organization, initiative development, and financial support for actions aligned with INQ’s mission.
